Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. Mili has no accounts — just open it and start. iCloud Sync uses the Apple Account you’re already signed in with on your device.
- Where is my data stored?
- On your device. When you turn on iCloud Sync, it’s also stored in your own private iCloud database, which only your Apple Account can access. Not even the developer can see it.
- Do I need to pay for the Mac app?
- No. Subscription tracking, charge reminders, the calendar, and the Annual Statement are free on Mac, too. The ledger, recurring income, and iCloud Sync are part of Mili Pro, which renews automatically each month or year — cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. See the App Store for current pricing.
- How many devices can I use with one subscription?
- Mili Pro goes with your Apple Account, so it works on any Mac signed in with that account. When the iPhone and iPad versions arrive, the same subscription will work there too — no need to buy it again.
- Is my data still there if my subscription ends?
- Yes, all of it. Pro features are locked and iCloud Sync is paused, but everything comes back as soon as you resubscribe. You can also export your data anytime in Settings > Data.
- What if I get a new Mac?
- Install Mili on your new Mac and, signed in with the same Apple Account, click Restore Purchases on the Mili Pro screen. If you had iCloud Sync turned on, your data syncs back automatically.
- Which languages and currencies are supported?
- Mili is available in 11 languages and switches automatically to match your system language. Supported currencies are the Chinese yuan, US dollar, euro, British pound, Japanese yen, Hong Kong dollar, New Taiwan dollar, South Korean won, Singapore dollar, Australian dollar, and Canadian dollar.
